Care Instructions
To clean your Mat:
Put a little bit of soap on a damp sponge.
Apply evenly across the mat surface.
Take a clean damp sponge and wipe the mat.
Leave it rolled out to dry.
Do not leave the mat out in the sun for extended periods of time.
Ankle weights:
Put a little bit of soap on a damp sponge.
Apply evenly through the weights surface.
Take a clean damp sponge and wipe the weights.
Leave them out to dry.
Resistance bands:
Throw them into the washing machine on a cold water and gentle setting.
Then lay them out to air dry.
Dumbbells:
Do not throw them. This could either hurt your floor or the dumbells.
